Ich hatte damals das Paket 3 Arbeiter LKW und 20 Kartons gebucht, 45€ Stundensatz, telefonisch wurde eine Pauschale von 150€ vereinbart weil es ein Kleinauftrag war und mit einer fahrt erledigt sein sollte..
Ich habe außerdem am Telefon explizit darauf hingewiesen dass ein großer, schwerer Kühlschrank aus dem 3. stock zu transportieren ist und man bitte mit dem entsprechenden Gerät hier ankommen soll.
Am Tag des Umzuges kam dann ein Arbeiter mit einem Lehrling und Klein-LKW - natürlich ohne Umzugskartons und auch ohne Gerät für den Transport des Kühlschranks.
Nach Besichtigung des Rests der Wohnung fing der schlecht deutsch sprechende Arbeiter an den Preis neu zu verhandeln.. 100€ weil der Kühlschrank schwer ist.. 80€ für Verpackung.. usw, recht schnell waren wir bei über 600€, ich habe ihn dann unterbrochen und über die vereinbarte Pauschale informiert, darauf kam nur "für 45€ schlepp ich nichts"
Ich habe das natürlich nicht akzeptiert und versucht mit dem Büro Kontakt aufzunehmen, dort wurde ich nur mit "wir kümmern uns darum" vertröstet, ist natürlich auch nicht passiert.
Ich habe letztendlich, nach langer und sehr lautstarker Diskussion mit dem Arbeiter, 200€ gezahlt und musste dann noch beim schleppen helfen.
Rechnung wollte er mir dann auch keine ausstellen, ich habe aber darauf bestanden und mit dem Geld nicht rausgerückt bevor ich eine hatte, sonst hätte ich wsl ein paar tage später nochmal zahlen dürfen. Bei dieser "Firma" hätte es mich jedenfalls nicht gewundert

Einfach alle Kosten (ob nachvollziehbar oder nicht..) mal 3 gerechnet, Mini-LKW für die Übersiedlung einer knapp 80m2 Wohnung gestellt --> so wurde aus rund € 1.200,-- ein Gesamt-Kostenpunkt von € 3.600,--
Hier sind aber die durch die Arbeiter entstandenen Schäden an Möbeln nicht eingerechnet. Wozu auch, ich hab ja nur 3x die Versicherungsgebühr von € 220,-- mitbezahlt..
Dieses Unternehmen ist meiner Erfahrung nach nicht empfehlenswert - Kosten verdreifachen sich unangekündigt aus dem Nichts heraus (wie zB. 3x Parkgebühr verrechnet - obwohl weit und breit keine Kurzparkzone und der Transporter vor dem Haus parken konnte, 3x Verpackungskosten und 3x Montagepauschale, obwohl alles verpackt und zerlegt war, 3x Arbeitszeit, diese Liste lässt sich beliebig fortführen ..)
Weiters wurde unerklärlicherweise (ha ha) keine Rechnung ausgehändigt, der "Auftrag" von irgendwem unterschrieben, nur nicht von mir als Auftraggeber..
Ruft man beim Unternehmen an, wird einem lapidar erklärt, dass die Preise die Fahrer machen.
Ja was denn nun? Wozu gibts ein Angebot im Vorfeld?

2. Es wurde ein Preis von etwa €800,- verlangt, obwohl im Voraus mehrfach telefonisch die Rede von etwa €350,- war. Man hat sich dann telefonisch auf 500 € für Umzug und Aufbau eine Miniküche inklusive Zuschnitt der Arbeitsplatte und Montage von Lampen geeinigt. Für die Küchenmontage wurden im Vorfeld etwa zwei Stunden geschätzt.
3. Es wurde nicht alles mitgenommen, ein Korb mit Pflanzen und die Fußmatte wurden bei der alten Adresse vor der Haustür stehen gelassen.

Um Zeit zu sparen wurde am Zielort der Wagen mit den Möbeln und Kisten von meiner Schwester und mir ausgeräumt, damit in der Zwischenzeit mit dem Aufbau und der Montage der Küche begonnen werden konnte. Es wurde sogar versucht den Umzug einen Tag zu verschieben, da ein LKW kaputt sei, dann stecke jemand im Stau, dann wurde jemand nicht erreicht und dann waren die anderen Autos voller Müll. Bei jedem Telefonat wurde mehrmals gefragt ob eh wenig und leichte Möbel seien. Als die Herren da waren, war die Kommunikation gegen 0. Wenig Deutschkenntnisse bei einem der Beiden, der 2. sprach fast gar nicht deutsch. Anscheinend hatte ich "zufällig" den Vertrag mit dem einzigen deutsch-sprachigen Mitarbeiter abgeschlossen. Plötzlich kam etwas von Pauschalvertrag mit Zusatzkosten die doppelt und dreifach aufgeführt waren. Sogar ein Klavier hatte ich plötzlich laut Pauschale und man bekäme das alles ja gar nicht in den Wagen. Also sollte man 2 Mal fahren. Niedrige Arbeitsmoral und viele Pausen später war die Wohnung ausgeräumt, die Sachen waren zur Hälfte verpackt obwohl ich für Verpackung 80 Euro zahlen sollte. Einwende wurden mit Wortstücken zum verstummen gebracht. An der Zieladresse nach der Abladung hat man sich dann nach langem hin und her und rechtlichem Vorwürfen auf 900 geeinigt.
